Data Readiness

Reliable agents need usable business context. Prepare the material that tells the agent what is true, what matters, and how the company works.

Source Inventory

  • List the documents, systems, spreadsheets, forms, tickets, and message channels used by the workflow.
  • Mark each source as authoritative, helpful, outdated, or reference-only.
  • Identify private, sensitive, or permissioned material before connecting it.

Quality Checklist

  • Remove duplicate or stale files when they conflict with approved sources.
  • Add labels for department, customer segment, product, region, and lifecycle stage when useful.
  • Write short business rules for decisions that are currently trapped in team memory.

Output Examples

Keep a small set of strong examples: accepted customer replies, approved reports, qualified lead notes, or completed intake summaries. These examples help shape the expected structure and tone.
